LUMENATE helps event hosts collect and manage photos uploaded by guests. We collect account details, event information, uploaded images, and basic technical data required to operate the service.

Photos uploaded to an event gallery may be visible to the event host and, depending on moderation settings, to other guests with access to the event link. Hosts are responsible for sharing event links appropriately.

We use personal information to provide accounts, process payments, operate galleries, improve support, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Hosts and guests may contact support to request help with access, removal, correction, or deletion where applicable under POPIA and related privacy requirements.
